CANCELLATION POLICY
We require a 6-hour notice to cancel or reschedule your appointment with us. If you do have to cancel within 2-6 hours of your appointment time, you will be responsible for a 50% cancellation fee that will be charged to the card on file.
LATE POLICY
If you are going to be more than 5 minutes late to your appointment, we may have to cancel/reschedule your appointment, so that we are ableto offer timely and quality services to each guest. If we are able to accommodate your appointment at a later time we will however that will be at the owner's discretion.If we do have to reschedule or cancel your appointment due to a late arrival, there will be a 50% cancellation fee applied to the card on file
NO SHOW POLICY
If you do not show up to your scheduled appointment time or cancel within an hour of your appointment time, you will still be responsible for your service and a 100% service charge will be applied to the card on file.
REFUND POLICY
All single tans, memberships, packages, and retail item purchases are non-refundable. Unused retail items may be refunded for store credit at owner's discretion.
