CANCELLATION POLICY

A minimum of 6 hours' notice is required from guests intending to cancel or reschedule appointments. This time frame is crucial for Cowtown Tanning as it affects our ability to accommodate other clients.

Guests who do not provide sufficient notice (less than 6 hours) will incur a charge amounting to 50% of the reserved service fee. In cases of "no-shows," or cancellations within the hour of their appointment, the full service (100%) amount will be charged. This policy applies to both regular guests and Cowtown Tanning members.

Clients arriving more than 3 minutes late may incur a Late-Arrival Fee, if we are able to accommodate a later service. If we are unable to accommodate a later appointment time, the client is still responsible for the full amount of the scheduled service.
