The Sunless Society
Membership Agreement

The Sunless Society is billed at $700 every 6 months (paid in full) and includes:

• Unlimited Signature Tans
• All Premium Upgrades Included — Moisture Lock, Sweat Resistant, Clear Solutions, Mini Contour
• Two (2) Complimentary Full-Body Contour Upgrades (expires every 6 months)
• 25% Off retail purchases for the entire term

• This membership is paid in full at $700 every 6 months.
• Membership will automatically renew every 6 months using the card on file.
• To cancel, written notice via email at info@cowtowntanning.com is required at least 30 days prior to the renewal date, or canceled through the client portal online.
• Cancellations received after the 30-day window may result in the next term being charged.

• Memberships are non-refundable and non-transferable and may only be used by the enrolled client.
• Complimentary contour upgrades must be used within the active 6-month term and do not roll over.
• No credits, rollovers, or partial refunds will be issued for unused services.
• Members are encouraged to prebook appointments to ensure availability.

• All payments are final and non-refundable.
• Cowtown Tanning reserves the right to cancel this membership at any time. In such cases, refunds may be issued at the discretion of management.
• A valid card must remain on file at all times.

• Late Arrivals: A 3-minute grace period is allowed. Arriving more than 5 minutes late may result in cancellation or rescheduling, and a $15 late cancellation fee will apply.
• Cancellations: Appointments canceled within 1–6 hours of the scheduled start time will result in a $15 late-cancel fee to the card on file.
• Rescheduling: Changes must be made at least 6 hours in advance. If rescheduled within 1 hour, a $25 no-show fee will apply.
• No-Shows: Appointments missed without notice will incur a $25 no-show service fee. If the appointment included add-on services with additional time (e.g. Full Body Contour), the full cost of those add-ons will also apply.

• Membership pricing, benefits, and policies are subject to change at the discretion of Cowtown Tanning with prior notice.
• By enrolling, you acknowledge and agree to all policies listed above.
