The Sunless Club
Membership Agreement

The Sunless Club Membership is billed at $99/month and includes:

• Two (2) Signature Spray Tans per month
• 10% off all retail products
• 50% off any additional spray tans

Membership benefits are non-transferable and may only be used by the enrolled client.

• Memberships are billed automatically each month on the date of enrollment.
• A valid card must be kept on file at all times.
• Failed or declined payments may result in suspension of membership benefits until payment is resolved.

• A 3-month minimum commitment is required upon enrollment.
• After the initial term, the membership will continue on a month-to-month basis until you cancel.

• Membership includes two (2) tans per billing cycle.
• Unused tans do not roll over and will expire at the end of each billing cycle.
• Additional tans within the same billing cycle are available at 50% off the regular service price.

• A valid card is required to book all appointments.
• We require a 6-hour cancellation notice to avoid applicable cancellation or no-show fees.
• Membership does not waive standard booking or cancellation policies.

• Memberships may be paused up to two (2) times per calendar year.
• Each pause may last up to three (3) consecutive months.
• Pause requests must be submitted prior to the next billing date via email to info@cowtowntanning.com.
• Membership benefits are not available during the pause period.

• Memberships may be canceled after the initial 3-month term.
• A minimum 30-day written notice is required prior to the next billing date.
• Cancellations must be submitted in writing via email to info@cowtowntanning.com.

• Membership pricing, benefits, and policies are subject to change at the discretion of Cowtown Tanning with prior notice.
• By enrolling, you acknowledge and agree to all policies listed above.
