Cancellation & Late Arrival Policy

At Cowtown Tanning, we kindly ask for a minimum of 6 hours’ notice for any appointment cancellations or reschedules. This advance notice allows us to accommodate other clients and respect our team's time.

Late Cancellations (less than 6 hours’ notice):
Guests will be charged 50% of the scheduled service cost.

TCU Membership Clients will be responsible for a $15 late-cancellation fee.

No-Shows or Last-Minute Cancellations (within 1 hour of the appointment):
Guests will be charged 100% of the scheduled service cost.

This policy applies to all clients.

Late Arrivals:
Clients arriving more than 5 minutes late may be charged a Late Arrival Fee if we are able to adjust the appointment. If we are unable to accommodate a later service, the full service fee will still apply.
